FAQS

GENERAL ORDER PROCESS

1. Place your order using our form.
2. We will send an order confirmation email containing the order summary, deadlines, and payment method.
3. Items will be delivered to our JP/KR/TH address.
— For preordered items, please wait until production period ends. In-stock items will be delivered within 2-3 days depending on ship out date.
4. We will wait until our JP/KR/TH box is full. If the box becomes full immediately, it will be shipped out immediately.
5. Please wait around 4-6 weeks after ship out from JP/KR address. TH usually takes around 6-8 weeks. (Note: We DO NOT offer FAST ETA.)
6. Items will arrive in the PH and will be delivered to our PH address.
7. We will announce item arrival on Twitter and will send arrival notice emails. You may check out the #KonbiniUpdates and #KonbiniArrivals hashtags to keep updated.
8. Settle your ISF and LSF so we can ship out your item as soon as possible. For more shipping information, please click here.
9. We will pack your items and schedule delivery!!! *o*

PAYMENT

1. Are prices ALL IN? What exactly does “ALL IN” mean?
We will indicate in the Order Form whether prices are all in.“ALL IN” means that international shipping fee, taxes, and other fees are already included in the base price of the item. This does not include local shipping fee.
2. Mode of payment?
BDO, BPI, GCash, PayPal
3. How much is ISF?
The price would depend on the weight of the package, so we cannot give an exact/estimate figure for the ISF. We will update you once the price is finalized. Please rest assured that we will do our best to provide you with the most affordable price.
4. Do you offer a downpayment option?
Yes, we offer downpayment option. If you choose this option, kindly ensure that you pay at least 70% on or before the payment deadline.Check our T&Cs for complete information on payment schedule.

SHIPPING

1. Which couriers do you use?
GoGo Xpress (GGX), Shopee CheckoutIf you opt for Shopee Checkout, please read this important notice .We can also use Lalamove and Grab for Cavite area.If you have a preferred courier, please do tell us.
2. Can you do meet-ups?
Due to the emergence of COVID-19 in the Philippines, meet-ups will not be entertained until further notice.
3. When do you ship out the items?
We have no fixed schedule. Kindly refer to our updates thru Twitter.You may check out the #KonbiniUpdates to keep updated.
4. How do you pack the items?
The items are supported by a corrugated cardboard and wrapped in used bond paper instead of plastic. For additional support, we wrap them again in bubble wrap.If you do not want your items wrapped in used bond paper, we also provide plastic option.
5. Do you allow combined shipping?
Yes, we allow combined shipping. We will send out an arrival notice and shipping update once all the items arrive in our address. You may fill out the form provided in that email to combine items for shipping.We can keep your items for sixty (60) days upon receipt of the arrival notice email. If you don't claim your items after that, we will resell your items and no refunds will be made.If you opt for combined shipping, you don't need to inform us separately thru DM/email. You may just wait for your items within the 60-day period before submitting the Shipping Details form.

ORDER CONCERNS

1. Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
Order confirmations will be sent within 48 hours of submitting the Order Form. Please do check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.If you still haven’t received an order confirmation, kindly send us a DM via Twitter.
2. Why haven’t I received my payment confirmation?
We do not send out payment confirmations. You may track your payment status through our Masterlist.If the Masterlist has not been updated within 3 days, kindly send us a DM via Twitter.
3. Where can I check the updates regarding my order? How will I know if my orders arrived already?
We regularly post updates on Twitter. You may check out the #KonbiniUpdates and #KonbiniArrivals hashtags to keep updated on the latest arrivals. You may also monitor the G.O. status through our Masterlist.
4. Where can I check if my items have been shipped already?
We will send, along with the arrival notice, a shipping update once all the items arrive in our address. You may monitor the G.O. status through our Masterlist.

REQUESTS

1. How do I submit requests for goods I am interested in purchasing?
Please send us an email or DM us on Twitter if you have requests.You may also mention us on the artist's thread.
2. Why haven’t I received a reply yet for my DM/email?
Our goal is to reply to your queries within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply within that time frame, please do resend your DM/email. However, please take note that we will not entertain questions already covered in this FAQ.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a purchase with Konbini-chan, you have read, understood and agreed, to abide by all the terms and conditions stated as follows:

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once order form has been sent. Please be 100% sure before filling out our order form. We will not ask for cancellation fee, but you will be listed as bogus buyer and will be blacklisted by Konbini-chan.
PAYMENTS

We have three payment schedules:-- 1st Payment: Full Payment / Downpayment
-- 2nd Payment: Downpayment Balance (one month after 1st Payment)
-- 3rd Payment: ISF + LSF (upon arrival of items at our PH address)
Please pay the exact amount only as we will not refund excess payments. Pay the amount due on or before the payment deadline stated in the form.For downpayments, 70% of the total amount is required.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Items that are delivered to our international addresses cannot be checked immediately upon arrival since our consol can only check packages on certain days.In case of undelivered/missing items, Konbini-chan can only give partial refund if the grace period of the website/artist for checking has already passed.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

We do not send out payment confirmations. You may check the status of your payment in the Masterlist that is found in our pinned tweets and is also included in every order confirmation email.

SHOPEE CHECKOUT

IMPORTANT: Please be informed that checking out via Shopee is a huge risk since the specific items and its prices are not properly declared. We do not recommend this even though we haven't experienced negative feedback.

We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage that would happen once we have shipped out the parcel. Thank you for your understanding.

E-LOYALTY STAMPS

1. What is "E-Loyalty Stamps"?
If you're a new joiner of Konbini-chan's GOs, you will receive your own card number which you can use to check your stamp progress.One stamp is awarded after each order (per order code). After every 10 orders, we'll send your completed digital card with a discount code thru email. You can use the code on your next orders.
2. Why don't I have my card number yet?
It takes time to update the stamp tracker so we might not be able to send your card number right away after your first order.Since we only update the tracker once or twice a month, it might take weeks before you receive your card number.
3. I already completed 10 orders. Why haven't I received my completed digital stamp card?
We don't have a fixed schedule in updating the tracker. Please wait patiently for our next tracker update or you may DM us so we can try to update the tracker.
4. Where can I see my stamp progress?
You may track your stamps here in our Stamp Tracker.If your record doesn't match with ours, please DM us for clarifications!
